SHORTSHQ EDITORIAL POLICY
How ShortsHQ publishes general information
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Organizational authorship
ShortsHQ publishes articles under the ShortsHQ organization rather than attributing them to an individual author when no individual author is identified. We do not present anonymous contributors, fictional identities, customer stories, or unverified credentials as editorial authority.
Scope and intended use
Our articles cover short-form video creation, platform workflows, content planning, and features of the ShortsHQ service. They are general educational and product information, not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Readers should verify platform requirements and facts that affect their publishing decisions.
Sources and updates
When an article makes a claim that depends on an external source, the article should link to a relevant non-affiliate authority source near that claim. Platform-specific requirements can change; readers should use current official documentation. Existing legacy articles that do not yet contain article-specific source links are being reviewed and are not represented as independently reviewed research.
AI-assisted drafting and final review
ShortsHQ may use AI-assisted tools in its drafting workflows. AI output can contain errors. Content and product users remain responsible for reviewing generated text, images, audio, video, claims, permissions, links, disclosures, and platform settings before publishing.
